Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a field supervision lead to oversee direct field personnel, ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget project execution. The role requires coordinating take-off, material requisitions, and logistics while maintaining strict safety and QA/QC standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years in field supervision and experience supervising eight to fifteen workers, with strong pre-job planning abilities and front-line safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and pre-job planning.
• Ability to supervise eight to fifteen workers.
• Front line contact for safety, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and hazard awareness.
• Work safely per scope, on time and within budget.
