Qualifications

• Strong focus on safety, QA/QC, and Job Safety Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directs field personnel to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget work.
• Oversee field take-off, material requisitions, and logistics.
• Assist Foreperson with supervising craft personnel in crew-leader capacity.
• Serve as front-line contact for safety, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and hazardous conditions awareness.
• Maintain clear communication with team and resolve on-site issues quickly.
