Job summary

Integrated Scaffolding Concepts (ISC) seeks a skilled site supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work follows plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. Lead crew, manage materials, schedules, and budget adherence; coordinate with project managers and foremen.

The role requires OSHA 10, ability to travel to job sites, lift up to 100 lbs, perform inspections, supervise scaffolding assembly and dismantling, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction crews on scaffolding or related trades.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and job orders.
• Commitment to safety rules and procedures on-site.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV check.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise crew.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are available.
• Enforce safety, health, and quality standards on site.
• Create and communicate schedules; monitor progress toward goals.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
• Record time and attendance; submit weekly timesheets.
