Job summary

Sky Climber Access Solutions in Buford, GA is looking for an experienced Scaffold Foreman to lead commercial and industrial scaffolding projects throughout the Buford area. You will oversee field crews, coordinate erection and dismantling, and ensure safety and quality workmanship on site.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on scaffold expertise, and the ability to work effectively with customers, project managers, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of scaffold construction experience.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with swing stage, suspended, and supported scaffold systems.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA scaffolding regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead scaffold crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the erection, modification, and dismantling of suspended and supported scaffolding systems.
• Ensure all scaffold work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and job hazard assessments.
• Train, mentor, and develop scaffold builders and new team members.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs for assigned projects.
• Inspect scaffold structures to verify stability, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and project documentation.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and resource needs to management.
• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment as needed.
• Work closely with customers and job site representatives to ensure project success.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
