Job summary

A leading scaffolding service provider in Austin is seeking a Scaffold Foreman responsible for the design of scaffolds, ordering materials, and supervising a team. This role requires strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, blueprint reading skills, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Mentorship of the crew is also a crucial part of this position. The candidate must be able to work comfortably at heights and handle physical demands associated with the job.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read Blueprints.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience supervising scaffolding crew for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Design various types of scaffolds and order materials as required.
• Mentor E&D crew to aid in their development.
• Supervise and direct crew members in erecting and dismantling scaffolding.
