Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of scaffold construction experience.
• Experience leading crews as Foreman or lead.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA scaffolding regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee erection, modification, and dismantling of suspended and supported scaffolding systems.
• Ensure all scaffold work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and job hazard assessments.
• Train, mentor, and develop scaffold builders and new team members.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs for assigned projects.
• Inspect scaffold structures to verify stability, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and project documentation.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and resource needs to management.
• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment as needed.
• Work closely with customers and job site representatives to ensure project success.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
