Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter to join our field operations. The Lead Carpenter will design and erect scaffolds, mentor the Scaffold E&D Carpenters, and work with tools on site to ensure safe, compliant installations.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years as a Scaffold E&D Carpenter (or equivalent), ability to work at heights, and familiarity with OSHA rules. Some trade school is preferred but not required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some trade school preferred but not required.
• Scaffold E&D Carpenter for a minimum of 2 years or approved equivalent experience.
• Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scaffold E&D Carpenters and mentor crew.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
• Work with tools on site and ensure proper protection and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and scaffold safety procedures.
