Job summary

Responsibilities include defining interfaces, reviewing vendor submissions, and guiding commissioning activities while ensuring cybersecurity and reliability standards are met. Strong leadership and travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with power generation SCADA and plant control systems.
• Experience delivering BESS-focused SCADA/controls integration through commissioning.
• Strong verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own SCADA and controls integration approach for BESS projects from concept through commissioning.
• Define and document control interfaces between BESS subsystems, SCADA, and remote ops.
• Lead technical reviews of vendor submittals, including cybersecurity and testing procedures.
• Provide escalation troubleshooting for complex integration issues during construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align SCADA deliverables with project schedules.
• Support CHIL testing and establish Invenergy CHIL lab with suppliers.
• Mentor engineers and drive standardization to improve reliability.
