Job summary

ERock (NYSE: EROC) seeks a Principal SCADA Engineer & Team Lead to set the technical direction for VTSCADA and real-time systems across a growing fleet of distributed energy assets. You will lead a high-performing team, own the SCADA roadmap, and collaborate with Operations, IT, and Cybersecurity to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years SCADA engineering experience in energy, gas, or electric utilities.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term SCADA strategy, roadmap, and architecture for distributed generation and microgrid fleet.
• Lead architecture, design, deployment, and 24x7 operational support of SCADA systems.
• Define enterprise standards for telemetry, alarms, and data integrity; ensure cybersecurity compliance.
