Responsibilities

• Is a working foreperson; supervise crew to complete job concurrently.
• Ensure safety and quality values are followed.
• Provide work direction and promote teamwork among the crew.
• Represent the company on and off job sites and communicate with general contractors and sub-contractors.
• Interface with internal and external customers to ensure satisfactory completion of the job.
• Verify saw details and complete sawing in a systematic manner.
• Provide daily reports on job progress and completion estimates.
• Hire and/or discharge crew members if required.
• Other duties as assigned by superintendent and management.
