Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Production Laborer in Grove City, OH to support the manufacturing of precast concrete products. The role covers setup, quality checks, and operation of heavy equipment across multiple shifts. Candidates should be able to work in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ideal candidates will be reliable team players with a strong safety mindset, willing to work overtime when needed, and contribute to meeting daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and in a busy industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move safely.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up precast concrete production beds using drawings and plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints to install blockouts and ensure specs are met.
• Monitor concrete placement and casting to maintain quality.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and skid steers.
• Assist with equipment setup for casting, finishing and production.
• Perform finishing work: grinding, cleaning, surface prep.
• Rig, move, and secure finished products safely.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area daily.
