Job summary

Conewago Enterprises Inc is seeking an experienced Saw Cutting Foreman to manage the concrete saw crew on-site, directing wet/dry cutting, wall and floor sawing, grinding, polishing and coring. The role requires 3-5 years of experience, crew leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include coordinating equipment and material loads for each site, conducting daily safety huddles, mentoring less-experienced staff, and reporting daily progress to the division manager.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years' experience in concrete cutting and crew supervision.
• Ability to lead and supervise a crew to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Train and mentor less-experienced employees on saw cutting operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the concrete saw crew on-site.
• Perform wet/dry cutting, wall and floor sawing, soft cutting, floor grinding, polishing and coring.
• Coordinate loading of equipment and materials for each site and ensure daily safety huddles.
