Job summary

Amazon Leo in Redmond, WA, seeks a Tooling Engineer to design and deliver assembly and test tooling for satellite production. You will translate cross-team requirements into scalable, cost-effective solutions and manage tooling projects from R&D through production.

You will lead tool development across the lifecycle, perform cost estimation and scheduling, and collaborate with leaders across multiple technology areas to improve performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CAD Design of complex systems including 3D modeling, drawings, and GD&T.
• 1+ years of experience of structural analysis including hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis.
