Amazon Leo in Redmond, WA is seeking a Tooling Engineer to support tooling from R&D through production, developing assembly and testing equipment for satellite hardware. The Tooling Engineer will support the program on path from R&D, through design validation, into production. You will develop, design, analyze, and implement custom tooling and equipment required for assembling and testing (QTP/ATP) the satellite. You will need to convert the requests from various teams into systems that are easy to use, cost effective, and accurate. In addition, you will be responsible for project management, cost estimate and scheduling. You will manage and support fabrication, testing and commissioning of the tooling into manufacturing.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
