Job summary

Illinois Tollway is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Analyst to provide daily HR systems support, facilitate workshops with business users, gather requirements, design, test, and implement solutions using SAP SuccessFactors. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deliver value with stakeholders and external resources.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical, analytical, or specialist role supporting HR systems.
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting SAP Employee Central (EC) core HR and Payroll Central.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Recruit, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals, Time Management, or Benefits.
Experience with business process mapping and requirements definition.
Experience configuring tasks and writing functional specs (RICEFW).
Experience planning/test management and validating results.
Experience with SAP reporting and governance tools.

Responsibilities

Liaise with business users and stakeholders to map current processes and translate needs into system requirements.
Provide maintenance support and aid system integrators on large projects and major enhancements.
Lead creation and deployment of SAP functionality, including documentation and security.
Configure SAP SF modules, maintain role mappings, and manage workflows.
Plan, execute unit, system, and integration testing; facilitate user acceptance testing.
Deliver training and create job aids; deploy releases to production environments.
Update technical and business process documentation; support change requests.
