The ideal candidate brings extensive SAP Quality experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex ERP challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years of related experience; Graduate Degree with 7+ years preferred.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP Quality with successful implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Quality workstream and integration with SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and service personnel to design, configure, and test SAP modules.
• Document business requirements for SAP modules and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support optimization and ongoing SAP system enhancements, upgrades and rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and process flows.

Job Description:

Lead, Manufacturing Engineer responsible for the management of ERP sustainment and improvement activities covering quality.

Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, corporate IT and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP modules related to their areas while providing expert guidance on best practices.
• Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for the SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support optimization and ongoing support of large SAP system, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for these SAP, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
• Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
• Stay current with new technologies, especially within SAP systems, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP Quality, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Quality workstream and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration.
• Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
• Experience working within ERP applications including MRO.
• Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is US$129,500.00 MIN - US$229,500.00 MAX. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Ohio, and Vermont is US$115,500.00 MIN - US$205,500.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
