Job summary

GlobalSource IT in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Lead SAP Payroll Consultant focused on SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configurations. You will guide ECC payroll migration to SF ECP, handling conversions, designs, testing, configurations, interfaces, and integrations for ECC to ECP.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP Payroll configuration experience and recent ECP implementation/migration work. Hybrid onsite 3 days/wk and US citizenship due to security requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Payroll configuration experience.
• Recent SuccessFactors ECP implementation/migration projects.
• Direct configuration, testing, conversion designs/documentation, interface analysis, and verification for ECP/Payroll.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams to ensure all connections to newer EC Payroll is working throughout.
