L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Manufacturing Engineering (Production Planning/PMMO) to guide ERP sustainment across Production Planning, Execution and PMMO. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design SAP solutions, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvement to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading SAP modules configuration, gathering requirements, supporting upgrades and new rollouts, and creating detailed specs and process flows.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 9+ years of ERP experience or equivalent.
• 9+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning, Execution and PMMO with successful implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP/PMMO and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description:

Lead, Manufacturing Engineering responsible for the management of ERP sustainment and improvement activities covering Production Planning, Execution and PMMO

Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, corporate IT and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP modules related to their areas while providing expert guidance on best practices and implementing process standardization.
• Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for the SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support optimization and ongoing support of large SAP system, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for these SAP, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
• Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
• Stay current with new technologies, especially within SAP systems, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP Production Planning, Execution and PMMO, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Production Planning, Execution and PMMO workstream and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration.
• Strong technical background in business operations - tools and processes.
• Experience working within ERP applications including MRO.
• Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is US$129,500.00 MIN - US$229,500.00 MAX. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Ohio, and Vermont is US$115,500.00 MIN - US$205,500.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
