Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP integration leader in a client-facing role that travels 40-60% to deliver complex SAP powered solutions. You will guide engagements, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of SAP experience, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on expertise with SAP PI/PO, EDI, and S/4HANA. A consulting background and cloud integration know-how are highly valued.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP implementations/migrations and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
• Hands-on SAP integration tools experience including SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, EDI, and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency designing SAP integration solutions using middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM).
• Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC).
• Experience integrating EDI and non-EDI standards with mapping requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData, API Management).
• Flexibility to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
