Job summary

DT Midstream Inc. in Mansfield, LA is seeking a Lead, Production Sand Mine to supervise production operations, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and maintain company assets.

You will assist the Manager with planning, coordinate with the maintenance team, prepare reports, support budgeting, and fulfill on-call duties while upholding strict safety standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nine years of relevant experience including MSHA/OSHA exposure.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office products and internet tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production team activities and plant operation.
• Enforce Safety and Environmental standards in daily operations.
• Prepare efficiency studies and support operations improvements.
• Assist in planning, design, and start-up phases of new facilities.
• Support annual operations budgeting and forecasts.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for regulatory compliance.
