Job summary

Workday’s Consulting team is seeking a hardworking Functional Consultant to implement Sana Learning and adjacent Workday modules with customers. You’ll translate business requirements into configured learning solutions, apply instructional design, and support testing and data conversion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years configuring enterprise learning or HCM software, and hands-on Workday HCM experience. Flex work options and strong collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience configuring enterprise learning or HCM software.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM-suite products (Learning/Talent/Compensation/Benefits/Recruiting).
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company.

Responsibilities

• Master Sana Learning and at least one adjacent Workday product.
• Configure Sana Learning and adjacent Workday modules to match client content strategy.
• Apply instructional design principles to consult on content structure and taxonomy.
• Translate client requirements into configured solutions and support testing.
• Help convert legacy data into Workday; collaborate with Integration team.
