Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring a Full-Time Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales inside a Best Buy location in Aventura, FL. The role focuses on demonstrating and selling Samsung devices, building relationships with staff, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting store goals.

You will receive weekly pay, an hourly rate of $21, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung products and services inside a Best Buy store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and Best Buy staff.
• Develop partnerships with Best Buy team to support initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales quotas monthly.
• Provide excellent customer service through interactions with customers and staff.
• Ensure brand standards in merchandising, installation and store cleanliness.
• Complete product displays and reporting on sales performance.
