Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise designated team following SOPs, CFRs, GMPs, CLIA and quality initiatives.
• Oversee donor testing laboratory operations and inventory management.
• Handle payroll approval, scheduling, and supply ordering.
• Coach and evaluate staff; conduct regular meetings and training.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve lab processes and equipment use.
• Ensure quality customer service and meet internal/external TAT requirements.
