Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AABB/FDA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises collection operations staff at donor centers and mobile drives.
• Performs blood collections including automated procedures as needed.
• Plans daily workflow, monitors donor flow, and ensures timely reporting.
• Ensures compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Trains staff and conducts annual reviews; provides coaching and performance evaluations.
• Participates in interviews and hiring decisions.
• Prepares routine reports and supports audits.
