Job summary

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with standards from AABB and FDA.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection operations at donor centers and mobiles to meet goals.
• Supervise and develop collections staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Perform whole blood and automated collection procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Provide payroll and timekeeping related approvals when needed.
• Participate in interviews, hiring decisions, and staff evaluations.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports; attend meetings and projects.
• Improve business practices and processes; address issues promptly.
