Drybar is hiring a Salon Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and keep the shop running smoothly. This front-of-house role focuses on client experience, appointment flow, and merchandising, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a lively salon setting. Weekend availability and flexibility are required to support busy periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld
• Check clients in and out through Booker
• Maintain the highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylist tips/commissions
• Troubleshoot any Booker issues and make changes to client profiles when needed
• Manage phones and ensure all voicemail messages are answered in a timely fashion
• Manage shop flow with guests and stylists schedules
• Sell products, tools, gift cards, and memberships

Hiring immediately for a Salon Coordinator in the beauty industry. Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that's blowouts. We're looking for a phenomoal front of house salon coordinator to provide excellent customer service to our clients and to help our shop team run seamlessly.

Lead Salon Coordinator Role & Qualifications:

• Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
• Works with Marketing/Social Media Manager on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
• Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
• Results oriented, metrics driven
• 1+ years of Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody/Booker software experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Restock retail displays and maintain display cleanliness.
• Merchandising and inventory projects as assigned.

• Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations.
• Sell products, tools, gift cards, and memberships.
• Maintain punctuality for all scheduled and picked-up shifts and come to work prepared.
• Contribute to a positive shop atmosphere.
• Attend any mandatory shop meetings.
• Uphold Drybar's 10 Core Values.
• Side work and cleaning duties.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
