Job summary

Yudrio Inc. seeks a Salesforce QA lead to oversee quality assurance across Salesforce solutions supporting federal programs.

You will define testing strategy, manage QA teams, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and government stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable systems. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce testing experience, federal standards knowledge, and prior QA leadership in Agile environments.

Qualifications

US citizen with ability to pass a federal background check.
Bachelor's degree required.
5-7 years Salesforce QA experience.
2-3 years leading QA teams.
Hands-on Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong experience with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium/Provar.

Responsibilities

Lead QA resources supporting Salesforce applications.
Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and governance.
Establish test governance, processes, and quality metrics.
Serve as primary QA point of contact for program leadership and clients.
Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce platforms.
Promote CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines.
Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and BAs to refine requirements.
Maintain QA documentation and support audit activities.
