Yudrio, Inc is seeking a Salesforce Deputy Technical Manager to support a federal government client. The role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise and leadership to drive delivery across complex implementations.

Collaboration with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and federal partners is essential to align scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will guide technical strategy, oversee end-to-end delivery, and ensure adherence to government compliance and governance

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce delivery background required.
• Experience leading technical delivery for Salesforce projects.
• Familiarity with federal government delivery environments beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Salesforce-based solutions for federal clients.
• Provide technical solution planning with architects and dev teams.
• Drive discovery sessions and translate needs into delivery plans.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle including requirements and testing.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including developers and QA.
• Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies for successful execution.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices in federal environments.
• Facilitate status updates and delivery checkpoints with stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date requirements artifacts and delivery tracking.
