Yudrio, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead a mission-critical federal Salesforce deployment.

You will provide technical direction across architecture, integrations, data model design, and security, ensuring a scalable, compliant solution. You will partner with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate complex requirements into robust designs, guide delivery teams, and oversee release planning, governance, and DevOps activities.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of Salesforce experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Architect/Technical Architect/Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, security, automation, integration, and release management.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise or government environments.
• Experience with Salesforce security architecture and access controls.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and configuration.
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Salesforce certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across clouds and integrations.
• Partner with analysts and product owners to validate requirements and ensure technical readiness.
• Provide technical direction to developers, admins, QA, and integration resources.
• Review designs, data models, security models, and release plans.
• Ensure architecture aligns with federal security, privacy, and accessibility requirements.
• Design sharing and visibility models including roles, profiles, permissions, and external access.
• Support Experience Cloud architecture including portal security and branding.
• Support Service Cloud architecture including case management and workflows.
• Advise on declarative vs. programmatic solutions and integration approaches.
• Evaluate changes, defects, and release scope decisions.
• Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and architectural tradeoffs.
• Guide integration design with external systems and APIs.
• Review deployment artifacts to ensure quality.
• Support DevOps, environments, deployment planning, and release governance.
• Establish Salesforce development standards and documentation practices.
• Serve as trusted advisor on platform decisions.
