Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language and working knowledge of others.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, Embedded Lightning, and Einstein solutions is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate development estimates and support feasibility analyses.
• Design, review, and approve software architecture in collaboration with Solution Architects and product teams.
• Maintain, test, and improve software with a focus on quality, maintainability, and automation.
• Conduct performance testing and verify that results meet non-functional requirements.
• Plan and oversee deployment activities across environments.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies that could improve applications and development practices.
• Identify, assess, and address technical debt and high-risk areas.
• Mentor and train the team on design, development, and operations best practices.
• Review code for correctness, style, security, and compatibility with target platforms.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
