Simplus, An Infosys Company, seeks a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership and guide engineering standards for our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. Location: Atlanta, GA.

Lead design and development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs; architect reusable components and scalable integrations. Role emphasizes CI/CD, code reviews, and high-quality releases within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and SOSL, Flow development, custom metadata, and platform automation.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and advanced integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events).
• Proven experience leading development teams in Agile/Scrum with sprint planning and technical ceremonies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality releases with strong ownership of deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is required.
• Experience with Github Copilot to accelerate Salesforce development.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Deliver on the following responsibilities:

Technical Execution and Architecture

• Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and platform APIs.
• Architect reusable components and scalable integrations that support growing business needs.
• Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release management processes using tools such as GitLab and Salesforce DX.
• Validate technical designs and code quality through in-depth reviews, ensuring solutions adhere to performance, security, and scalability requirements.

Organizational Impact

• Lead technical planning and estimation for large, multi-team initiatives.
• Support the growth of the Salesforce practice by contributing to reusable patterns, engineering playbooks, and technical onboarding materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and promote automation that improves delivery speed and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, helping business and technology partners understand constraints, risks, and solution tradeoffs.

Minimum Required Experiences:

• 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and SOSL, Flow development, custom metadata, and platform automation.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and advanced integration patterns that include REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven experience leading development teams in Agile and Scrum environments with consistent participation in sprint planning, grooming, and technical ceremonies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality releases in fast-paced settings with strong ownership of deadlines and technical deliverables.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is required.
• Experience with Github Copilot to accelerate Salesforce development

Desired Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
