Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to align business needs with innovative Salesforce solutions. You will lead analysis across multiple Salesforce platforms, partnering with leaders, product owners, and tech teams to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud preferred), and strong agile collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; preferred education includes a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Product Analysis, or Salesforce solution delivery.
• Current Salesforce certification required, preferably Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant; additional Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, with experience across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Experience Cloud.
• Demonstrable ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map business processes, and translate complex needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
• Good communication, collaborator management, and multi-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and serve as a trusted Salesforce authority.
