Inspira Financial is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Architect to report to the Director of Software Engineering. You will oversee the design and architecture of solutions deployed to our Salesforce platform across Sales, Financial Services, Service, Experience and Marketing Clouds.

This role partners with developers and business analysts to drive business goals and efficiencies. You will mentor team members, maintain architecture roadmaps, and ensure best practices, security, and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and clouds (Sales, Financial Services, Service, Experience and Marketing).
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience mentoring developers and business analysts; leading Agile teams.

Aufgaben

• Architect, design, and integrate Salesforce solutions as SME and advisor; elicit requirements with stakeholders.
• Design secure, scalable Salesforce architectures and produce architecture diagrams and prototypes.
• Establish Salesforce development standards, coding best practices, and governance with the dev team.
• Maintain Salesforce application and data architecture and journey maps of the user experience.
• Present technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
