Cottingham & Butler is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic growth of our Salesforce ecosystem.

This role will serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, driving user adoption, system enhancements, automation, reporting, and data integrity while partnering closely with business stakeholders to improve sales, service, and operational processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce integrations and data synchronization processes.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, governance, and data stewardship.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Admin Salesforce as the primary administrator: users, security, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, record types, flows, and other declarative solutions.
• Design and optimize automation using Salesforce Flow and other low-code tools.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for actionable insights.
• Manage data quality through governance, deduplication, and data cleansing initiatives.
• Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party apps via APIs and middleware.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and release management for enhancements and updates.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, including Einstein and AI capabilities.
• Develop user documentation and training materials to drive adoption.
• Monitor system performance and provide advanced user support.
