You will develop materials, coaching frameworks, and readiness strategies, ensuring sales teams can communicate value and navigate complex customer environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, sales training, or sales enablement.
• Experience in healthcare provider education is a plus.
• Experience leading strategic education initiatives impacting business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. learning strategy for major product launches, portfolio expansions, and growth initiatives.
• Design and deliver training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning, and role-playing for advanced sales methods.
• Continuously enhance training frameworks to address evolving market dynamics and priorities.
• Equip the salesforce with tools, CRM analytics, and territory planning resources.
• Lead sessions on value-based selling and multi-stakeholder sales in the U.S. healthcare market.
• Build coaching programs to develop sales leaders and improve performance.
• Partner with product, marketing, clinical, and education leaders to align programs with strategy.
• Establish scalable training frameworks and best practices across portfolios.
• Monitor learning effectiveness metrics and readiness indicators.
