  • Serve as a strategic education partner to commercial leadership, identifying capability gaps and recommending learning solutions that improve field effectiveness and sales readiness.

  • Establish scalable training frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be leveraged across product portfolios and sales teams to support long‑term organizational capability development.

  • Partner closely with product development, marketing, clinical, sales enablement, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure educational programs align with technical product knowledge, commercialization strategies, and business priorities.

  • Establish and monitor learning effectiveness metrics, sales readiness indicators, and business performance measures to evaluate impact and continuously improve educational strategy.

  • Develop and manage ongoing learning opportunities such as microlearning modules, certifications, coaching resources, and peer learning programs to foster continuous skill development and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in learning and development, sales training, sales enablement, healthcare provider (HCP) education, commercial training, or sales roles, with demonstrated experience leading strategic education initiatives that impact business performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, clinical discipline, or related field preferred. Combined education and experience will be considered.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated 40% travel.
