Job summary

Cordis, LLC, a global leader in cardiovascular devices, seeks a Medical Education Manager to design and evaluate physician training programs in the United States. You will partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.

The role focuses on scalable learning frameworks, live case demonstrations, and program analytics to improve outcomes and adoption of new therapies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical or clinical education within medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in education, instructional design, or business.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate physician and allied health training programs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Develop curricula, procedural guides, and training content.
• Provide field support for training events and live demonstrations.
• Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and participant feedback.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for programs and events.
• Build scalable learning frameworks and training platforms.
