We’re looking for a confident, results-drivenSales Representativeto join our high-performing team at aBendeen Insurance,a premier health insurance brokerage. This is not your typical desk job—we need a go-getter who can hit the ground running, meet business owners face-to-face, and close new accounts with skill and professionalism.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base by generating leads, managing a territory, and forging lasting relationships with businesses that need smart, affordable health coverage solutions. Experience in a brokerage is a nice bonus, but we’re especially excited about candidates who know how to build a B2B client base from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory: Generate leads, visit businesses, and open new accounts
  • Deliver tailored presentations and educate prospects on our health insurance solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and HR decision-makers
  • Track all activity using Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting
  • Work alongside our expert broker team to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Stay on top of market shifts and competitor trends to sharpen your approach
  • Represent our firm at industry events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experiencewith a focus on new client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of consultative, solution-based selling
  • Experience managing a territory and building a sales funnel from scratch
  • Broker/insurance industry experience is highly desirable, but not required
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Driven, persuasive, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
