Dollar General in Nashville is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to uphold a customer-first store environment. You will guide sales, assist customers, operate registers, stock merchandise and support store leadership.

In this role you lead by example, handle cash functions, help with planograms, and ensure safety policies are followed in a fast-paced retail setting. This full-time position requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months supervisory experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to lead in the absence of store leadership.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; collect payment and make change.
• Stock merchandise; build displays and rotate stock on shelves; restock as needed.
• Clean the store and maintain clean restrooms and stockroom; assist with sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under supervision; perform duties of store leadership in their absence.
