Job summary

QVC is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in West Chester, OH to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and lead a team that embodies our brand standards. You will drive store programs, increase sales, and exceed expectations while reporting to the Assistant Store Manager.

This onsite role requires a flexible schedule, the ability to lift items up to 50lbs, and strong proficiency with POS systems and MS Office. Store hours apply, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry or related field.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel (including complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
• Physical activities such as climbing ladders may be required.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will promote the Frontgate brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations.

You will report to the Assistant Store Manager.

Where You’ll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Store Hours Mon - Sat: 10am - 6pm | Sun: 12pm - 6pm

What You’ll Do

• Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and empower them with the tools necessary to meet the needs of our guests.
• Partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs to ensure the store is visually compelling.
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
