QVC Group is seeking a Sales Associate for our West Chester, OH on-site location to promote the Frontgate brand and deliver an outstanding guest experience while supporting store operations to boost sales.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in specialty retail, are proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance is not available.

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems and previous cash handling required.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals for the store daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting a helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient environment for guests and team members.
• Educate guests on products and services available through Frontgate.
