Role Overview:

The Lead Sales Associate maintains a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus, assisting customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.


• Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle payments and bagging.


• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build attractive displays.


• Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, trash disposal, and restroom cleaning.


• Assist in implementing planograms and store setup, including sidewalk displays.


• Open and close the store under direction, and perform duties of Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service skills and leadership ability.


• Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.


• Organizational skills for stocking, cleaning, and maintaining store presentation.


• Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed, including managerial tasks when required.
