Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff and coordinating daily store operations.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties, schedule shifts, and maintain adequate floor coverage.
• Train and supervise staff on store policies and duties.
• Order and inspect merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
• Track deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports and ensure sales accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment and respond to customer service issues.
• Support donation and production operations as needed.
