Dollar General Corporation in Columbus, OH seeks a Lead Sales Associate to uphold a clean, customer-first store and assist customers with purchases. You will operate the cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help maintain displays and cleanliness.

The role includes opening/closing the store, supporting planogram implementation, and performing duties in the Store Manager's absence. Strong communication and cash skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet customers.
• Operate the cash register, itemize purchases, collect payment and make change.
• Stock merchandise, rotate displays, and set up planograms.
• Keep the store clean and ready for customers, including restrooms and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform duties of Sales Associate and assist in management in their absence.
