Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, customer-first store. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, stock and display merchandise, and support store leadership in their absence.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some supervisory exposure, with strong interpersonal skills and basic math. Frequent walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and local travel for deposits may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and safety policy knowledge.
• Ability to follow planograms and perform basic math and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; total purchases and provide change.
• Stock merchandise and build displays; follow planograms and rotate stock.
• Clean the store; manage trash, restrooms, and stockroom.
• Open/close the store under Store Manager direction; assist in leading team when needed.
