Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read planograms and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner, total purchases and give change.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, build displays, and restock as needed.
• Clean the store, take out trash, mop floors, and tidy restrooms.
• Assist in planogram implementation and store setup.
• Open/close the store under manager direction and cover in absence.
• Perform duties typically done by store management when needed.
