Job Summary

The Lead Sales Associate is the face of Stretch Zone and a leader within your studio. Your responsibilities include assisting members and guests, fostering relationships to support growth and retention, and managing studio operations and finances. A key focus is driving membership sales and delivering exceptional customer service aligned with revenue goals.

How You Will Accomplish This
  • Drive membership sales for every guest.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests, scheduling, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
  • Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and goals.
  • Enhance member retention through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Lead by example, supporting your team daily.
  • Track KPIs to monitor performance and assist management with sales metrics.
  • Promote the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales targets and encouraging add-ons.
  • Support the studio culture by fostering positive relationships and team goals.
  • Ensure operational excellence.

  • Confidently convert guests into members and retain them, leveraging previous sales and management experience.
