Job Summary

As the Lead Sales Associate, you are the face of Stretch Zone and the leader within your studio. Your responsibilities include assisting members and guests, building relationships to support growth and retention, and managing studio operations. You are responsible for driving membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and achieving revenue goals.

Creating a Strong Sales Culture

Maintain and reinforce a positive sales culture by believing in our product and sharing its benefits. Contribute to setting and sustaining this culture, which is vital for the success of each location, producing sales while delivering excellent service and atmosphere.

What We Will Accomplish

Our goal is to provide a pathway to membership through exceptional experiences, growing our member base daily, and changing lives through practitioner-assisted stretching. You play a key role in this mission.

How You Will Accomplish This
  • Drive membership sales to each guest.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
  • Lead and coach your Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and goals.
  • Drive member retention through follow-ups, service quality, and operational adherence.
  • Lead by example by exceeding expectations and supporting your team.
  • Track KPIs to monitor performance and assist the General Manager.
  • Promote practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals and encouraging add-ons.
  • Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and fostering positive relationships.
  • Ensure operational excellence.
What Does Success Look Like?
  • Converting guests into members, retaining members, and increasing sales.
  • Confidently connecting with guests and converting them after their first session.
  • Holding staff accountable to sales goals.
  • Being organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Setting and attaining goals in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Tracking performance metrics and understanding factors influencing studio success.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and making guests feel valued.
  • Supporting your team and communicating effectively with management.
