Up to $20 per hour + Bonuses and commission

Job Summary:

The Lead Sales Associate is the face of Stretch Zone and a leader within the studio. Your responsibilities include assisting members and guests, fostering relationships for growth and retention, and managing studio operations and finances. Your primary focus is to drive membership sales and ensure excellent customer service to meet revenue goals.

Creating a Strong Sales Culture:

Maintain and promote a positive sales environment. Believe in our product and its benefits, and share this enthusiasm with others. Contribute to a culture that supports sales, service, and atmosphere, which is vital for our success.

Provide exceptional experiences to grow our member base and positively impact lives through practitioner-assisted stretching. Your role is crucial in achieving this mission.

How You Will Accomplish This:
  • Drive membership sales to every guest
  • Deliver excellent customer service: greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, address concerns
  • Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable
  • Retain members through follow-ups and quality service
  • Lead by example, supporting your team daily
  • Track KPIs and assist in monitoring sales metrics
  • Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and meet sales goals
  • Support team culture and foster positive relationships
  • Ensure operational excellence

  • Converting guests into members and retaining them
  • Exceeding sales goals and holding staff accountable
  • Being organized with excellent time management
  • Setting and achieving goals alongside the General Manager
  • Understanding studio performance metrics
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Supporting and communicating effectively with staff and management
