Job Overview: The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all aspects of retail operations to ensure the store performs at its best.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs
2. Accurately and promptly complete sales transactions using the POS system
3. Maintain a welcoming store environment
4. Assist with merchandising and inventory control
5. Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to participate in the succession program
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay: $16.36 - $18.36 per hour
